Job Experience
Charles Lance has been in the construction business for over 40 years. He began his career at Peed Bros. as estimator in 1978. In the following years, Charles helped mold the company into the thriving business that it is today. He became corporate secretary in 1991.

Charles is a licensed Utility Manager under the State of Georgia Utility Licensing Board and he is a former member of the State of Georgia Construction Industry Licensing Board, Utility Division. Charles is a Level IA Certified Personnel with the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission. He has had Competent Person Excavation Training, OSHA 10 and 40 and MSHA certification training. He has been a firefighter for over40 years, with many firefighting and safety trainings classes He is also a former EMT. He is a former President of the Georgia Utility Contractors Association and is a current member of the Georgia Public Service Commission Advisory Board. Charles is licensed as a Georgia General Contractor Agent under Peed Bros., Inc.
